The location was right in front of subway exit 10, super convenient! We found several decent restaurants nearby and public transport made our explorations a breeze 🚇🙂.

The staff was exceptionally helpful! They resolved our room issue promptly & were friendly throughout our stay. Plus, the breakfast buffet was very affordable and tasty.

The air conditioning struggled to keep cool, and I noticed the amenities weren't replaced as frequently as expected! Such small oversights can impact comfort.

The room offered stunning views of Seoul with its big windows. I loved the spacious layout and found the bed super comfortable. I appreciated the effort the staff put in, especially Risa, who went out of her way to help us with language barriers at the convenience store. The complimentary bathrobes were a nice touch, making my stay feel more luxurious. On the downside, the sliding bathroom door was quite noisy, which could be bothersome if you're sensitive to sound. Also, it was a bit annoying that I had to go downstairs to rent an iron, and I couldn't use it in my room. Otherwise, it was a delightful stay, and I would consider returning.

We enjoyed being just steps away from the Sookmyung Women's University station, which made our daily explorations easy and convenient. The proximity to a convenience store next door was a lifesaver for snacks and essentials, perfect for traveling with kids. Additionally, the hotel ensured that our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities, keeping our family comfortable throughout our stay.

Really loved the big windows in my room. The view of Namsan Tower was just breathtaking! The staff were super friendly, helping me find local spots to grab a bite. I didn’t check out the restaurant, but it looked nice. The bathroom could be a bit noisy at times, which was kinda distracting during the night.
